A Prayer for Sunday​​
Father in Heaven, Today is the day that You have made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Lord, this is Your holy day --The day that You have set aside for Your people to serve You. May I keep it holy in all manner of conduct and behavior, and may You be at the center of my thoughts all day long.​Lord, I truly am grateful for all Your blessings, and I want to express them to You now. Thank You for leading me and guiding me with Your mighty hand, and for forgiving me when I do wrong. Thank You for not giving up on me when I fail. You are full of mercy and love and desire to see everyone do well. Thank You for second chances at life and thank You for today.​May I serve You with my whole heart and learn what pleases You. Help me on this Sunday, to do what is right in Your eyes. Continue to lead and guide me in your mercy and goodness. Direct my steps as I commit my day to You.
