Adjust Your Daily Habits and Change Your World One Day at a Time!
My life-long hunger and thirst for answers to problems, ways to succeed in life, and how to present my best self at all times has not been quenched! I am still on the search for new ways to adjust my behavior, schedule, or thinking, even though I'm in my late forties, I'm still a work in progress!! My children are now adults, and I've been married for 28 years, but my desire to fulfill God's highest calling for my life is more pressing then ever before. In less than ten years I will be a senior. Wow! There is so much still I want to accomplish in this life and so much I want to share with others! But, what is foremost in my thinking, is to gain my heavenly Father's approval and blessing on everything I do. It doesn't matter if I gain the whole world if lose my own soul while striving for wealth, fame and fortune. What matter's most, is that I'm fulfilling God's will and call on my life.
How You Can Excel in Life as a Christian Woman
More then ever, I want to develop healthy Christian living habits that create a soundboard for me to excel in life! Just because I call myself a Christian woman doesn't mean I have my life together or that I am a practicing Christian. But, if I'm serious about my title of a "Christian woman," then I need to act and behave like one. God's word states that only the brothers and sisters in Christ that hear the word of God and practice it are going to be with Him in heaven one day.
Jesus said, "Who are my mother and my brothers? Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother. My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it." (Luke 8:21 NIV).

Is God is Perfecting His Work in You?
We are God's workmanship and we shouldn't be ashamed at the good work He is doing in our hearts. Paul said to "count it all joy" if we fall into various trials and temptations for these testings strengthens our faith. Christians are called unto perfection, and perfection takes time and LOTS of trials and testings. Perhaps this is why I have such a desire to become my best self. It is my interpretation of being perfected in Christ.

I'm also a pastor's wife, and I want to be the best pastor's wife imaginable. I'm also a wife, and want to be a warm, soft-hearted, loving wife who respects her husband. I'm also a mother to adult children, and I want to walk this very narrow rope with the most cautious, loving, supportive spirit possible.

Ask the Lord for wisdom and He will freely give you divine understanding and even new ideas to implement. This has been my experience and it can be yours as well. When I'm faced with an insurmountable task, I stop and ask the Lord for wisdom and within minutes He gives me an inspirational thought or idea concerning the matter. Only believe in Him, "for if you ask and don't believe then you are like a wave that is tossed to and fro." Do you want to be tossed to and fro? And every which way? Or do you want your path ahead to be clear and steady? Ask Him for wisdom today. Go boldly before the throne of grace and ask your heavenly Father for this tremendous gift of faith and receive wisdom today.
